We are training on the New Patient Call.

The Intention is to focus on using verbiage that removes the road blocks…. roadblocks Insurance, finances ect.

Would love to do mystery calls to offices that have transitioned from in network providers to Fee for service practices as part of our training. If you are interested in helping us with this process please reply.

I have attached a the work sheet that we are using as a guide.

Front Office Rocks provides training for these types of conversations. Watching the videos will provide verbal skills examples for answering patient questions and overcoming objections. Be cautious when creating scripts – They can often come across as inauthentic and can actually make those conversations with patients more difficult/confusing.

Yes! I totally understand about scripting. We use them as a guide for moving patients to scheduling their appointment and away from answering insurance questions that create roadblocks.

Thank You for the feedback…. We have videos on training list.
